The Company had declared dividend for the F.Y. 2017-18 in the 10th AGM of the company. An unclaimed dividend of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) has not been claimed by the beneficiary (in our records the beneficiary name is Karvy Stock Broking Limited; address is 46 Avenue 4, Street No. 1 Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034) till date even after multiple reminders, therefore, if the same is not claimed by the beneficiary within completion of seven years it will be transferred to IEPF account.
