Mr. Kaushalkumar S. Gupta, aged 56 years, is the Chairman & Managing Director and one of the Founder Promoters of Bansal Roofing Products Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Saurashtra University and has been associated with the Company as a Director since its incorporation.
With over 27 years of experience across trading, distribution, manufacturing, project execution and business development, he brings extensive entrepreneurial and industry expertise to the Company. He provides strategic direction with a focus on business expansion, product development, technological advancement and operational excellence. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the Company’s manufacturing capabilities, introducing value-added products and aligning its growth initiatives with evolving industry trends and customer requirements.
Mr. Kailash K. Bansal
(Whole-time Director)
Mr. Kailash K. Bansal, aged 29 years, is the Whole-Time Director of Bansal Roofing Products Limited. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School (IBS), Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Gujarat.
He gained early industry exposure with Urban Online Services Private Limited, where he worked on offline market development and vendor development initiatives. At Bansal Roofing Products Limited, he is primarily responsible for operations and business development, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and supporting the Company’s growth initiatives. He was initially appointed as an Additional Director and subsequently appointed as Whole-Time Director by the shareholders on September 30, 2020.
Mrs. Sangeeta K. Gupta
(Non-Executive Director)
Mrs. Sangeeta K. Gupta is a Non-Executive Director and one of the Founder Promoters of Bansal Roofing Products Limited. She holds a Master’s Degree in Arts (English) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
She has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and has served the Company in various leadership capacities, including as a Whole-Time Director. With effect from April 1, 2024, her position was redesignated as Non-Executive Director. She continues to contribute to the Company through her experience and understanding of its business and values, with a focus on promoting transparency, accountability and sound corporate governance practices.
Mr. Ravi Bhandari
(Non-Executive Independent Director)
He is a seasoned management professional with an Engineering degree and over 27 years of corporate experience, complemented by six years as an independent business and strategy advisor. His experience spans project management, techno-commercial functions, business operations and P&L management across manufacturing, petrochemicals, petroleum, telecommunications and healthcare sectors.
His expertise includes business strategy, organizational transformation, expansion, profitability improvement and strategic acquisitions, with a strong focus on execution and outcome-driven solutions. He has advised entrepreneurs and businesses on developing customized growth strategies and sustainable business models. He has also served on various government panels and committees and holds Board positions across listed and unlisted companies, as well as start-ups.
Mr. Yaksh Darji
(Non-Executive Independent Director)
Mr. Yaksh Darji, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in taxation, audit, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He possesses strong analytical capabilities and a sound understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks.
His professional expertise spans statutory audits, direct and indirect taxation, corporate reporting and financial controls. With a structured and solution-oriented approach, he contributes to strengthening financial oversight, internal controls, regulatory compliance and corporate governance practices. His financial expertise and understanding of evolving regulatory requirements support the Company in maintaining transparent and effective financial management.
Ms. Nishi Brahmkhatri
(Non-executive Independent Director)
Ms. Nishi Brahmkhatri, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with professional experience in financial accounting, internal audit, taxation and financial reporting. Her experience spans multiple industries and includes exposure to international operations and cross-border audit assignments. She possesses practical expertise in financial reporting under IFRS and Ind AS, audit and assurance, statutory compliance and financial controls. Her understanding of accounting standards, regulatory requirements and audit processes enables her to contribute effectively towards strengthening financial oversight, compliance and corporate governance practices within the Company.
